We are thrilled to welcome Yvette Van Boven to the Brooklyn Kitchen. She will lead a demonstration of some of the amazing recipes in her new book: HomeMade.

The book is a big beautiful and inspiring volume that will have you curing duck, smoking in your oven and making ice cream without a machine (though we do love ours)
