Stainless steel is bulletproof, won’t react with food, never scrapes away, and cleans up easily, but it’s terrible at conducting heat. RETURN POLICY: We offer a full refund within 30 days for items that are damaged, faulty or unused. Proof of purchase must be provided when making a return. Please call customer service at 718.389.2982, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
All Class tickets are Will-Call, your name will be placed on a list at the store, and nothing will be mailed to you. If you are thinking of purchasing a class as a gift, we encourage you to consider purchasing a gift card, which can be used towards a class that fits their schedule. Please know that if you purchase a class as a gift for someone else, the cancellation policy below will apply.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class, which can be redeemed at any time. If you cancel fewer than 3 days (72 hours) before the class, we will not offer a refund; however, class tickets are completely transferable and you are always welcome to send someone in your place.
