    Cooking For Your Baby

    Saturday, January 21

Introducing food to your baby is an exciting milestone, but with everything else going on and the conflicting advice out there, it's difficult to know what is best to cook. Chef David Siegel brings together his experience as a chef, parent and student of nutrition science to help guide through the finer points of engaging your baby and toddler with the wonders of real food. The class will cover what to start with, how to get kids excited about interesting flavors and textures, nutrition, allergies and, of course, how to encourage your baby to develop an adventurous palate. As we cook through a variety of foods together, we'll provide the tools you need to make healthy food from scratch for your budding gastronome (that the entire family can enjoy, too!)
