I love to cook all kinds of food and flavors, including Thai, BBQ, sushi, and Italian.

Specialty:

Open flame wood for cooking, cooking awesome food while camping. Last minute meals and one pot wonders.

 Favorite kitchen tool:

Fire and knives.

Past & Present:

I started cooking at young age, always working in kitchens from dishwasher at age 14 to a head chef today. I've Cooked in many kitchens in Rhode Island including some fun personal chef jobs as well as some great restaurants in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Currently I'm the head chef at the new Italian food center in little Italy.
