		<description>I&#039;m a sucker for heavy kitchen machinery, but I have to say that is a huge hunk of metal for a simple pasta shape that is made just as easily by hand (which is also more fun in this case, in my opinion).  Maybe BkK could have a man vs. machine cavatelli making class?</description>
