Dassai + Chef Mori + Sake Lees Tasting on Thursday

Want to learn more about ‘junmai daiginjo’, sake lees, and lamb bacon?

You’re in luck because this Thursday 6/28 we’re putting on a curated pairing with Dassai Sake.  We wanted to know how some of Dassai’s best sakes would pair with Western bites, and so we’ve created a unique (and quite tasty) pairing with foods ranging from The Meat Hook’s lamb bacon, to cheese, mushrooms, fruit and we even have a few dishes made with sake lees.

The real story here is that SAKE LEES is what’s up.  Come taste what it’s all about, as Chef Takayuki Moriyama of Kyoya prepares dishes for us featuring sake lees (the byproduct of fermentation – a real delicacy even in Japan.)
