Imported from the UK, this lovely little journal ($18) is mostly writing, not food porn and recipes.
It’s quarterly and very neat looking and ad-free. It’s awesome.
Tim Hayward, the editor, is also a food writer for The Guardian so be assured: it’s a good read.
