Amanda & Merrill at Food52 posted their best End-of-Summer recipes and it’s exactly what I needed to be able to embrace my rainy, humid September blues. We’ve still got some nice late summer produce in the store, and I’ve tagged these recipes for this dinner this week:
Cream of Roasted Tomato Soup
Summer Squash Gratin with Salsa Verde and Gruyere
Nectarine Slump
and…Watermelonade!
Check out their full list of recipe picks and come by the store. We’ve got plenty of tomatoes, giant zucchinis, eggplants, heirloom peppers and whatnot to keep summer on the table for a bit longer.
