Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We use UPS as primary shipper, but special arrangement can be made upon request. PLEASE NOTE that if you are receiving perishable goods, someone MUST be available to receive the package.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: We do not charge any handling costs, outside of the freight cost, which we pass on to you directly. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 8.875% sales tax
RETURN POLICY: We offer a full refund within 30 days for items that are damaged, faulty or unused. Proof of purchase must be provided when making a return. Please call customer service at 718.389.2982, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
All Class tickets are Will-Call, your name will be placed on a list at the store, and nothing will be mailed to you. If you are thinking of purchasing a class as a gift, we encourage you to consider purchasing a gift card, which can be used towards a class that fits their schedule. Please know that if you purchase a class as a gift for someone else, the cancellation policy below will apply.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Class reservations are date & location specific. If cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class. If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before the class we do not offer any refund. If you are registering three or more people for a class, a two (2) week notice is required for cancellation. You are always welcome to send someone else in your place. All cancellations must be confirmed with a sales associate by calling the Brooklyn Kitchen at (718) 389-2982 10am-8pm EST M-Sat, 12pm-6pm EST Sun. (Holiday hours may vary.)
