Dumpling Wrappers

Makes a lot of dumplings (probably about 200-250)

Dumpling wrappers
9 cups flour
2 cups water, possibly more

Make a well in your mound of flour, add water, and incorporate flour until it forms a mass. Knead for a few minutes until smooth and elastic. If stiff or dry, add more water in small amounts.

After resting break off small pieces (about the size of an egg-yolk) roll into circles and fill.
