•    Nutmeg to taste
•    ½ cup sour cream

•    Milk
•    2 eggs
•     ¼ tsp Salt
•    2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
•    Brown sugar

1)    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2)    Bring water to a boil, add ramen cook for 3 min as directed on packaging.
3)    Drain noodles and cut with scissors into approx 3-5 inch pieces.  Set aside.
a.    You can mix in some butter at this point too.
4)    Sautee peaches and pears in butter with cinnamon and add fresh ground nutmeg to taste. It’s done when fruit is warm and cooked thoroughly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
5)    Mix the noodles in with the peach and pear concoction.  The goal here is to sop up the butter and cinnamon/nutmeg/peach & pair juice goodness.  Add the raisins.
6)    Create the filling by mixing cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, milk, salt together in a separate bowl.
7)    Place noodles and fruit mixture in 9 by 9 glass pan
8)    Pour the filling over the noodles, shake the glass pan so that the filling penetrates the noodle mass.
9)    Add little pats of butter and brown sugar on top.
10)    Cook for 45 minutes or so. If you are concerned about noodle bits browning on top then cover with foil for first 30 minutes and remove the foil for the last 15.
11)    Make some crème anglaise, we added bourbon.  Do what you like.
12)    Eat this tasty twist on bread pudding.
