
Sauerkraut: Gateway Lacto-Fermenting 6:30PM, Wednesday February 24th
This month, sauerkraut joins our roster of fermentation orientated classes! Owner of the Brooklyn Kitchen and avid fermenter Harry Rosenblum will the wonders of sauerkraut with you from process to plate. Go home with a container of Harry's own 'kraut and a belly full of the sour, stringy stuff.
This class will be somewhat hands-on, and vegetarian friendly.
Duration: about 1.5 hours
You are not required to bring anything with you.
