What's to be done now that Angostura Bitters is experiencing the saddest alcohol-related shortage of the century? Why, the solution is simple: make your own bitters! Peter Droste will show you how, and provide samples of cocktails that highlight this much loved aromatic. Students will go home with a container of Peter's own bitters, and the knowledge to start their own batch.
