Eggs are magic, so much we already know, but Kat Randazzo, former sous chef at Diner, is taking you on an eggstra special journey of egg cookery. She'll be making everything from poached eggs to meringue, scrambling to hollandaise, frying to omelets, soft boiled to custard. You get the idea. We're here to put your egg cooking fears to rest once and for all.
