
Turkey Brining Bag
One 23.5-in x 19.5in. brining bag, extra heavy weight with gussetted bottom for easier storage.
Basic Brine Recipe:
1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Gallon Water
boil a few cups of the gallon of water, dissolve salt and sugar and mix with remaining COLD water. Place turkey in bag, store bag in refrigerator, 2 hours per pound. Remove,air dry or pat dry, and cook until delicious!
