This flavorful sauce brings a pairs perfectly with our fried Korean veggie dumplings. The Gochujang, a fermented chili paste, brings a sweet and spicy kick to the dish. You can also pour this sauce on top of a rice bowl with meat and vegetables if you’re looking to bring some flavor into a basic lunch.
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ½ tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Scallion, cut thinly on the bias
- 2 Cloves garlic, grated on a microplane
- ½ tsp sugar
- A few cracks of black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve with Korean fried vegetable dumplings.
