Gift cards are a great way to share the Brooklyn Kitchen classes, without having to commit to a date and time. Gift cards can be purchased in several denominations, from a helping hand to a full kitchen immersion!
Gift cards expire after 5 years of purchase, and are not refundable for cash.
We have been selling gift cards online since 2006, which is a long time in internet years. We've changed our system a bit, so if your gift card was lost in translation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you mail me anything? No, all of the transactions occur in the virtual world, so we don't send anything out (save on stamps and trees!). You can transfer your code to a greeting card, and tuck it into a stocking!
What's a voucher? For a bunch of 2018, we were selling vouchers, worth one spot in a class. These can be used for the face value of the voucher, which are usually either $75 or $100.
Are you still doing vouchers? We will honor all valid vouchers, but we're moving back towards gift cards for versatility.
I think my aunt / boss / dogwalker gave me a gift card, but I don't know where it is. Can you help me?We can't be sure that the purchaser only bought the one you are looking for, and if we apply the wrong card, someone else might be out of luck. I think it's best if you contact the gift giver, and see if they have any more info to share!
